Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle
For this boutique dermatology clinic in downtown Seattle, we worked with the client to re-imagine their website. The project start was guided by a new business roadmap, their clear vision and marketing goals. This is a very active business that needs the ability to make changes quickly. For their Wordpress-based website we chose to add Oxygen which allows us to make updates to their website fast, while maintaining an extremely consistent design.
Our support for this project extends beyond general web development and includes helping to maximize the quality of their web content, customer experience and marketing goals. For example, in order to better illustrate their story, compassion and commitment to an excellent patient experience, we helped to coordinate a professional photo shoot. Additionally, we assisted the client in selecting a new POS system and payment processor to save money, reduce staff workload and improve customer satisfaction. The new POS system will integrate with an improved ecommerce component that is the next step on our development plan. Finally, we set up an email marketing solution that has performed well in communicating their new services and product offerings.

Pure Alaska Salmon Co
This redesign is our second website for Pure Alaska Salmon Company. The previous website, also based on WordPress was showing its age, so we rebuilt it with newer technology and improved user experience for their ecommerce customers. Pure Alaska Salmon has a first class product and have done a superb job of writing helpful content that their visitors appreciate. Over the next year we will be working together to update each page with refreshed text and images to keep the site feeling current. It is an honor to be part of their team.

Pacific Orthodontics
Dr. Doppel has been a client for almost 10 years! To have the opportunity to work with one of the best medical professionals in the state is an honor. This latest refresh of her website continues to feature the expertise of those working in the Pacific Orthodontics clinic. Dr. Doppel’s love of nature and the sea is baked into her branding and we continue to work it into the visual design.

Underwood & Associates
We were approached by the Underwood staff to reimagine their website and provide ongoing support to keep thing up to date. It was clear from the start that we needed to put their designs front and center without many distractions.
The owner of the firm and principal architect designed the logo, which we loved. However, the logo required special treatment and would not work well in a traditional web design template. We came up with a way to prominently feature the logo and use it to hide the menu when viewing the photos and other content.
Simple, fast and reliable were our main goals when building this site. Currently it is all custom code, but we do have a custom WordPress template ready to go if they need more flexibility and the ability to self-edit.
This website design has been very successful, and the firm’s customers have had very positive comments about it. We have also assisted with Search Engine Optimization, Local Business Search, a photography standards program, and some graphic design.

Bellingham Theatre Guild
This redesign is a good example of our ability to create custom themes and templates that match the vision and needs and branding of unique organizations. Bellingham Theatre Guild wanted a solution that would bring an event calendar, feature their existing ticket sales system and be easy for their volunteers to add or change content.

Penton Owners Group
The Penton Group had an aging website, and a message board forum that had been down for months due to hackers. We cleaned up the servers, repaired the forum database and installed a fresh version of software. The existing website content has been migrated to a new WordPress installation with plans for a bunch of new features and content in the future.
After a security audit, new practices have been put into place. I am sure that the volunteers will be able to maintain this site without any troubles. It has been a fun project!

Desk Customizer App
This project was started as a sales tool or designer aid. It allows for full customization of a desk. Finish colors, dimensions, and shape are all selectable. Unfortunatley, the client sold the company before this was able to be finished.
Product tech is now many versions behind. However, I still feel is a nice example of what can be done for showcasing products with complicated and numerous options.
